General Description: Feather River Hot Springs is a unique geothermal mineral spring along the Feather River in the Plumas Mountains in California. This rustic resort is the only hot springs that offers two types of rich mineral water. The tub at Feather River Resort is two sided. One side is lithium and the other side is sulfur for your soaking pleasure. By appointment only text 925-783-2913 for permission at least 2 hours in advance.
Location: 130 miles northeast of Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada National Forest.
Directions: From Sacramento on the Ca99 take highway Ca70. It's about 2 1/2 hours from Sacramento.
Accessibility: The accessibility is an easy walk. The springs are next to the gorgeous feather river. You can take a plunge in the summer warm feather river. The local customer is clothing optional. You park in the hot spring parking on highway 70 and pay to enter the springs.
