Hot Springs: Agua Caliente Springs Park baosts three naturally-fed hot springs in the park. There are two pools outdoors, and an indoor therapeutic spa. The hot springs spa is heated to 102 degrees and outfitted with Jacuzzi jets. The outdoor hot springs pool has a temperature 90 degrees depending on the season. The pools and jacuzzi are chlorinated. The water is not pure mineral water. Clothing is required. Bring your bathing suits.
Hot Spring Tips: Agua Caliente Springs Park is a regional camping park owned by San Diego County Parks and Recreation.. Agua is nestled in the vast Anza Borrego Desert State Park with 910 acres. There are many hiking trails to choose from. The hot spring pools are for day use only. The outdoor hot springs pool is open seasonally. Check website for details. The park offers overnight camping that include full RV hookup and tent sites. There is a parking and soaking fee. Thew park has showers, bathrooms and changing rooms. Bathing suits are required. This hot springs is not pet friendly. No dogs on the trail or on pool decks.
