General Description: Wild Rose Hot Springs is also known as Milford Hot Springs. Wild Rose is on private property on the open range. This hot springs is free. Wild Rose is located along highway 93 outside Carney, Idaho. Wild Rose boasts a lava based all natural hot spring pool.
Location: From Idaho Falls, Idaho it is 100 miles or about one hour and forty minutes to drive to the hot springs.
Directions: From Idaho Falls, Idaho take US-20 W 62.0 mi Turn left onto US-20 W/US-26 W/US-93 S/W Grand Ave Continue to follow US-20 W/US-26 W/US-93 S Destination will be on the right 34.0 mi
Accessibility: Wild Rose Hot Springs is accessible. It is right off highway 93 right you start entering the Craters of the Moon National Monument area. Once you park its a short hike to the hot springs.
Hot Springs: Wild Rose Hot Springs is free, This hot springs is not public. It is on private property. Wild Rose boasts a lava based hot spring pond. Be prepared to be in algae. The hot springs is around body temperature. The geothermal pool runs around 100 degrees. The water has no smell. The mineral water 100% natural. Clothing is optional but it get foot traffic.
Hot Spring Tips: Wild Rose Hot Springs has no camping. It is day use only. This hot springs gets traffic. This hot springs is pet friendly. No dogs in the hot springs. It is not good for them. Please be respectful and leave it cleaner than you found it. If you see trash poesae pick it up. This hot springs is privately owned. Crater's of the Moon is recommended while in the area.
