General Description: Langford Hot Springs is now known as Big Bend Hot Springs. Big Bend is located along the Rio Grande River inside the National Park of Big Bend in Texas at the border of Mexico. Across from the hot springs on the bank of the Rio Grande River is the country of Mexico. Big Bend boasts a large cement walled out door hot springs tub. The cement tub is remnants of the foundation from the Langford Bathhouse that operated over 100 years ago. Day use only.
Location: From Marathon, Texas is 85 miles or about 1 hour and 45 minutes to drive to the hot springs.
Directions: From Marathon, Texas take US-385 S and Main Park Rd to Hot Springs Rd in Big Bend National Park 1 h 34 min (84.6 mi) Drive to Hot Springs Rd 9 min (1.5 mi)
Accessibility: Big Bend Hot Springs is accessible. Drive into Big Bend Park. From the trailhead, the hot spring is a 0.5 mile round trip. Day use only.

Overnight camping in the area of the Hot Springs is prohibited. Motor homes and oversize vehicles are prohibited on the one-way sections of the Hot Springs road. There is a fee to enter the Big Bend National Park. They have bathrooms in the park. This hot springs is pet friendly. They must be leashed.
