General Description: Hart Mountian Hot Springs aka Antelope Hot Springs is a primitive and remote hot springs oasis on a high desert plateau in Hart Mountain National Wildlife Refuge deep in Central Oregon.

Hot Springs: Hart Mountain Hot Springs has two hot springs soaking areas. The main pool, is surrounded by a man made primitive rock and concrete wall. The hot springs source bubbles up between 100 and 104 degrees from a crack in the rocky floor. The pool is about 5 feet deep and 9 by 12 across. The pool is big enough to accommodate about six people. Just a short distance from the main pool is an undeveloped hot spring that is warmer than the main pool. This hot springs pool offers unobstructed majestic views of Hart Mountain. In the meadow look for steam rising from the grass.
Hot Spring Tips: Hart Mountain Hot Springs has campgrounds. This hot springs is clothing optional. There is camping adjacent to the hot springs. In hunting season the traffic is very heavy. This is a remote site bring enough supplies. Accessibility is greatly affected by the weather and conditions of the roads. This hot springs is pet friendly. Dogs need to be on a leash. No dogs in hot springs.
