General Description: Indian Hot Springs is a green lush paradise sanctuary located along the Clear Creek against the Rocky Mountain National Forest in the Centennial State of Colorado. Indian Hot Springs boasts an indoor hot springs swimming pool and geothermal caves. It has a geothermal mineral water swimming pool under a translucent dome. It is called the "healing dome." Inside lies a tropical paradise, complete with flowering plants and live banana and palm trees.
Location: From Denver, Colorado it is 30 miles or about 45 minutes.

Accessibility: Indian Hot Springs is very accessible. You drive up to the resort. The property is a short easy walk. The resort is handicap accessible.

Hot Springs: The swimming pool is continually fed with hot mineral water at 115°. With an average temperature of 90° to 100° The geothermal caves were driven into the solid rock mountain side, between 1903 and 1911, specifically for the purpose of creating this unique facility. Each one has several huge, sunken, walk-in hot tubs filled with naturally hot mineral water at temperatures from 104° to 112°. Caves are gender specific and bathing suits are optional. Children 16 and under are not allowed in the caves. Enjoy 108° hot mineral water in the grandeur of the great outdoors. Our large modern Jacuzzi tubs are set on a Redwood deck, surrounded on three sides by a 6ft cedar privacy fence, open to the splendor of the unspoiled mountain side and sky above. Indoor Private Baths Indian Hot Springs Private Bath There are 11 private rooms, each with a single tub approximately 8′ long, 4′ wide and 3′ deep filled with our naturally hot mineral water at about 106°. Equipped with a shower and bench, the private baths are also reserved in advance for one hour periods. Couples, families and friends are welcome.
Hot Spring Tips: Clothing is optional in designated areas. The hot springs do and allow any pets in rooms or public areas. They are not pet friendly. Food not allowed in our pool areas. You may bring beverages (no alcohol) in plastic bottles into the pool area. There are many great places to eat in the town of Idaho Springs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take a stroll down the historic downtown Idaho Springs where prospectors, railmen and other fortune seekers walked 100 years ago.
