General Description: Antelope Hot Springs aka Hart Mountain Hot Springs is a primitive and remote hot springs oasis on a high desert plateau in Hart Mountain National Wildlife Refuge deep in Central Oregon.

Accessibility: Antelope Hot Springs is off a dirt road. Accessibility is greatly affected by the weather and conditions of the roads. There is a handicap rail in the main hot springs pool. Parking is within walking distance.

Hot Springs: There are two hot springs soaking areas. The main pool, is surrounded by a man made primitive rock and concrete wall. The hot springs source bubbles up between 100 and 104 degrees from a crack in the rocky floor. The pool is about 5 feet deep and 9 by 12 across. The pool is big enough to accommodate about six people. Just a short distance from the main pool is an undeveloped hot spring that is warmer than the main pool. This hot springs pool offers unobstructed majestic views of Hart Mountain. In the meadow look for steam rising from the grass.
